Publication Ethics
We would like to invite you to submit papers for the 13th Accounting Scientific Conference (KIA-XIII) and the 3rd International Conference seeks to promote and stimulate discussion on AI-Driven ESG Reporting: Enhancing Sustainability Transparency of Corporate Disclosure.
To maintain the integrity and quality of Accounting Scientific Conference and International Conference, the following principles of Publication Ethics are strictly adhered to:
As Authors:
- Submit only original works, not previously published or copyrighted.
- The submitted papers are not concurrently submitted to other conferences/journals.
- Use of all works from other sources should be acknowledged by appropriate citation and referencing.
- Any fundamental and significant error discovered in the published work must be immediately communicated to the conference organizer.
- All possible conflicts of interest must be disclosed during the submission of the paper.
- An author may submit multiple papers. Please note that registration is required for each paper the author wishes to present at the conference.
- All authors of a multi-authored paper are welcome to register and present their contributions at the conference. Please note that registration is required for any author wishing to attend the conference.
- Accepted and presented papers may be eligible for publication in associated journals, subject to adherence to the journals’ copyright and other regulatory requirements.
- A paper must be presented at the conference to be eligible for potential subsequent publication in affiliated journals.
- At least one author must present the paper for it to be eligible for publication.
- New authors cannot be added at the time of final paper submission.
As Reviewers:
- All information related to the submitted papers must be kept confidential.
- Any detection of copyright infringement and plagiarism on the author’s side must be promptly communicated to the 13th Accounting Scientific Conference (KIA-XIII) and the 3rd International Conference organizer.
- All submissions shall be reviewed fairly and objectively.
- Reviewers who feel unqualified to review a submitted article or are aware of any conflict of interest, which may influence the quality of the review, should promptly notify the 13th Accounting Scientific Conference (KIA-XIII) and the 3rd International Conference organizer to be excluded from that particular assignment.

- Ensure that all authors have approved the submitted manuscript’s content.
- To support proper peer-reviewing of your paper, it is essential that it is submitted in grammatically correct English.
